Step 1
Employment profile assessment

We start by assessing your profile, which includes work experience, education, certificates as well as English proficiency. Our goal is to find out if your profile may be a good fit for Canadian employers, from across Canada, who are facing a shortage.

This phase also includes a character assessment test which should tell us if you are suitable for the journey involved in job search and securing a job in Canada. Attractive profiles will be recommended to start collecting information and documents in preparation for the immigration process, which is an integral part of any international staffing of foreign nationals.

Step 2
Immigration preparation

This a twofold step, on one hand, we start by working with the candidate on his professional profile to be able to start a proper job search that is hopefully resulted in a job offer issued by a Canadian employer. We also help the candidate to collect information and documents that are essential to any immigration process that will start when a job offer is being secured.

Step 3
Submission to the pool of candidates

Our RCIC submits your profile to the pool of the Canadian government for skilled foreign nationals, these candidates are exposed to invitations by the Federal or Provincial governments, as well as local private sector Canadian Employers through a governmental job board known as Job Bank.

Being in the pool does not guarantee an invitation, however, it sends a clear message to employers in Canada that the intentions of the foreign national towards immigrating are solid as a formal expression of interest to the Canadian Government has been already submitted.

Step 4
Job search phase

The candidate receives full support as part of the job search, that is including different coaching sessions, CV adaptation, interview preparation, job search techniques, job matches from employers in all Canadian provinces and territories, etc.

Step 5
Job offered secured

The Candidate secures a job either through the pool of candidates, job bank, recruitment agencies, and or own self-dedicated search supported by our professional Human Resources team.

Step 6
Arriving in Canada holding a legal status

Full immigration case is submitted to IRCC, it can be either LMIA, PNP, Regional Pilots, etc. The Candidate arrives in Canada on Permanent or Temporary legal status accompanied by his immediate family members.
